Kum Nye Top Ten - Lesson 1, #10

For the aficionados of Kum Nye, the Dharma Publishing team has playfully prepared the top 10 Kum Nye exercises from the book Kum Nye – Tibetan Yoga (originally published as Kum Nye
Relaxation). This program does not include the exercises from The Joy of Being or by
Rinpoche orally transmitted Kum Nye exercises. Although each Kum Nye exercise is a
symbol of existence, drawing out the optimal flow of life’s energies, and integration
through all chakras, to create and support wellness and wholeness, the exercises we
selected for the Top 10 have a specific attraction to them. If we would ask all experienced
Kum Nye practitioners, they would undoubtly recognize five or six of this selection as
belonging to their top 10 as well.

The top 10 presented here is not in order, it is not like a hit parade, except for one specific #, which will be the final exercise that completes this program.
