e-Kum Nye Level 6: The Top 10
For the aficionados of Kum Nye we have playfully prepared the top 10 Kum Nye exercises exclusively from the book Kum Nye – Tibetan Yoga (originally published as Kum Nye Relaxation). Although each Kum Nye exercise is a symbol of existence, drawing out the optimal flow of life’s energies, and integration through all chakras, to cerate and support wellness and wholeness, the exercises we selected for the Top 10 have a specific attraction to them. If we would ask all experienced Kum Nye practitioners, they would undoubtly recognize five or six of this selection as belonging to their top 10 as well.
The top 10 presented here is not in order, it is not like a hit parade, except for one specific #, which will be the final exercise that completes this program. Each week you will receive one of the top 10 exercises with a short introduction, some reminders and frequently asked questions about Kum Nye and a short series of exercises that go very well with each lesson's featured exercise.
Course Structure and Commitment:
Kum Nye – per email will consist of one email per week containing:
- Introduction video
- Kum Nye theory
- Practice session of 60 - 90 minutes
- Five minute meditations
- Practice during the day
- Reading assignments
- Meditation video

These levels can be further explored during weekend seminars and retreats at Ratna Ling, the home of Dharma Publishing and our retreat center on the Sonoma coast of Northern California.
Registration and Payment:
After having received the introductory email the participant makes a ten-week commitment to complete one level. The price is USD $69, to be paid in advance. Visa/Mastercard/US checks accepted.
