Living without Regret
Human Experience in the Light of Tibetan Buddhism
May 7 – 8, 2011 Ratna
Ling , California || with Arnaud Maitland
We have been conditioned to believe that human beings cannot essentially change, that "this is how I am." While we sometimes feel cheerful, free, and self-assured, we are not in charge of these moods and cannot sustain them. Eventually we grow frustrated with this powerlessness, with our inability to direct our lives. If we fail to work with this frustration, we may end up with no real way out, expressing our hunger for inner freedom to a secret diary or locking it away in a private corner of our minds.
There is another way...
Living Without Regret, "Precious Human Life"
