Preserving
In 1959 the Chinese invaded Tibet, burning all the Tibetan books and art they could find; the fires lasted for months.
Today, all that remains are books and art smuggled out by refugees as they fled over the Himalayas and into exile.
When you purchase our products or attend retreats, you support our efforts to collect, reproduce and distribute these ancient texts and art to Tibetan Libraries around the world.

Sharing
Since our founding in 1971, Dharma Publishing has printed over 100 titles in English, fostered translations into over 16 languages, and reproduced over 1,000 different sacred art images representing the full range of Buddhist iconography.
Whether you want to begin meditation or Kum Nye, are looking for philosophical insight, or trying to understand yourself and your world better, we have something for you!

Developing
To help our readers deepen their insights and understanding we have developed instructional programs for a wide range of topics including Kum Nye Yoga and Managing Stress.
Our online programs make learning convenient no matter your location or the demands of your schedule while our retreats provide time away from the rigors of everyday life for focused study at Ratna Ling Retreat Center in Sonoma County, CA.
